This class will consist of gentle movements, mostly on the floor or in a chair, followed by a restorative practice using props to maximize calm. Expect to use blocks, straps and pillows while laying in relaxing postures for 5-7 minutes.
Yogis of all levels, from no experience to advanced, are invited to this class. modifications & adaptations will be offered for anyone who wants or needs them.
