Raise the Barre is a fat burning, ballet-inspired class. This class focuses on strengthening, lifting and toning your core as well as all major muscle groups.You will incorporate pilates, yoga, ballet and core work using hand weights, a ballet barre and a mat to help you lose inches and get your heart pumping!
