If you've thought about yoga but are worried regular classes are too challenging for your body, then Workplace/Chair Yoga could be for you.
Workplace/Chair Yoga is specifically designed for a wide range of people including: those limited in their movement due to weight, injury or surgery, those who work a deskjob and are looking to add movement into their day as well as posture relief, those that have difficulty getting on and off the floor or those looking to de-stress!
This 6 week course will help to improve mobility safely, develop strength and balance, flexibility and learn various breathing and relaxation techniques.
Using a chair is also perfect for beginners looking to learn poses before showing up for a mat yoga class.
Wear comfortable clothing, we’ll provide the chairs.
