Cardio Yoga is a higher intensity yoga class with interval training. It is designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories. Beginning with a moderate warm-up then moves to high intensity for a few minutes then back to moderate, then high intensity, and then a moderate cool-down. Arm Weights may be included in classes and are always optional - The use of weights will help to sculpt and tone your body in your practice.
