You can expect a beautifully relaxing day with two yoga classes, a Slow Flow Class and a closing Restorative Yoga Class. We will also discuss ways to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder by using practical tools and tips to help you continue this practice of slowing down, resting, reflecting and supporting yourself in your day-to-day life.

Retreating from the hustle and bustle of our lives, we’ll spend the day nourishing our minds and bodies and reflecting on what we want to bring to life. We’ll end the day with a cozy and calming restorative yoga practice with guided meditation and Reiki energy healing.

• 1p - 1:45p Welcome with hot drinks, introductions in an opening circle while sharing our intentions for the day.
• 1:45p - 2:45p Our first yoga practice, a Slow Flow Chakra Aligning practice to balance the mind and body at this time of year.
• 2:45p - 3:30p Light Refreshments served while discussing various techniques to help combat SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder during the winter months. Including both Depression AND Anxiety.
• 3:30p-4:30p Creation of Mini Vision Board to help guide our best intentions to keep feelings and emotions balanced. Set Goals
• 4:30p-5:45p Restorative yoga with Meditation, Sound Bath and Reiki Energy Healing. The restorative class will provide you with deep rest and an energetic re-set, and the Reiki will help to release "issues in the tissues".
