Chair Yoga is for a wide variety of people: -Those unable to get on the ground easily for mat yoga -Those who have injuries or disabilites -Those who often sit, whether at work or home, and need to stretch and/or learn breathing techniques to relax. This weekly class has a special rate of $5/class!
