This is a Cardio, full body exercise class - A combination of Yoga, Circuit Training and Pilates for an all over body workout. This class is for those ready to push themselves a little harder for fast results - Bring water, a towel, a mat and hand weights.
All levels welcome as most of this is body weight training and you can adjust where you need.
