Do you want to practice being more present and mindful? In Mindful Yoga, emphasis is on the breath and body awareness with the goal not to do the perfect pose, but to be as we actually are in this moment. Participants explore where they hold tension in their bodies and learn tools for how to release it. The mixed-levels class combines asanas (yoga poses), breathwork, and meditation. Participants leave with a sense of peace and well-being.
