This is a Beginning Level Class that will focus on an Intention each week to work through. (Ex. Gratitude, Happiness, Love - In turn, you are letting go of the opposite - Selfishness, Sadness & Anger) Add in some Guided Meditation and Reiki at the end of class and you will be grounded and ready for anything coming your way.
