We will explore and practice engaging the Bandhas, which are energetic locks that can create purifying heat and awaken prana, said to lie dormant at the base of the spine.This practice can bring stability and lightness to your physical body and help dissolve emotional blockages in your chakras- balancing your body, mind, and spirit.
