Beginning Yoga is a great class for a mix of mindfulness, body and breath awareness, strength and balance. Keep in mind that Beginning Yoga is not Beginner yoga - BUT each student has the choice to pause and rest anytime. This is a mixed level class as we have complete beginners as well as seasoned yogis that attend this morning class so everyone has options.
Beginning by finding stillness in our mind, focusing on breathing that leads us to Sun Salutations and then on to basic balancing poses and some strengthening poses.
