This super fun class is for those ready to push themselves a little harder! Full Body exercises using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells and various equipment. Do as much as as little as you would like! It has to fit what YOU need.
30sec - 1.5 minute circuits, fast music, fun, sweat & laughter - Bring water and maybe a towel
