Just as nature pauses to rest and renew, this is the perfect moment to nurture yourself & your spirit. Together, let’s celebrate the return of the sun and the promise of brighter days ahead. 🌙✨
Surrounded by candlelight, you will first be guided through a slow flow yoga practice then led thru a candle meditation with Restorative yoga to slow the breath and release seasonal heaviness by focusing on your big wins, what to release and reconnect with your intentions going forward. Healing sound vibrations from crystal bowls during the meditation will help to stay focused as you melt away stress and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. We will end in a Yoga Nidra practice for deep rest.
