Kids Yoga invites kids to stretch, play, laugh, and reconnect to themselves in a way that feels natural and joyful.
This 6-week kids yoga class led by Tammy, who has worked with kiddos for over 10+ years, is playful and fun where movement becomes a language of self-expression, confidence, and connection. Through gentle yoga, creative flow, and imaginative play, children are guided to explore movement in a way that feels safe, empowering, and fun.
Each session blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and age-appropriate practices to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and growing self-trust. Whether your child is full of energy, navigating big feelings, or simply needing a space to move and be seen, this is a place where they are welcomed exactly as they are.
